Noodle salad with soy sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 12 tbsp vinegar
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti as usual; it’s recommended to break it in half once. Finely chop the leek and cooked ham and mix with the other ingredients. Rinse the pasta well, then add it to the remaining ingredients while still warm. Mix well. Let it cool, season to taste, and enjoy.
