Noodle Sausage Salad

The perfect noodle sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Noodles are best fork spagetti or other smaller noodles
  • 100 g Lyon sausage
  • 50 g Cabanossi
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 130 g Peas and carrots
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Hot paprika powder
  1. Boil the noodle and let it cool down. Finely dice the onion. Cut the Cabanossi and Lyons into slices or cubes, depending on their size. Drain the peas and carrots.
  2. Mix all ingredients and season with the spices. Possibly add a little sugar if it gets too hot.
  3. Goes well with grilled meat.
