Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g onion(s)
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 250 g minced meat
- 70 g tomato paste
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 800 ml meat broth
- 200 g pasta (croissants or shells)
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- ½ bunch chives, chopped

ready in no time
Peel and dice the onions. Heat the margarine in a saucepan, brown the minced meat, add the onions, and sauté until translucent. Add the tomato paste, sauté briefly, and season with salt and paprika. Pour in the broth, add the pasta, bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the herbs.
