Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) leek (thick stalk)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 750 ml meat broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Clean and wash the vegetables, slice the carrots, dice the potatoes, and slice the leek. Heat the oil in a large pot, brown the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped vegetables, top up with broth, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Season to taste.
