Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml whiskey
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 egg yolks
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Gently heat approximately 100 ml of whiskey with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and coffee powder, either in the microwave or in a saucepan, until the sugar has dissolved. Do not boil! Then let the mixture cool slightly (in cold weather, simply place the pan outside). In the meantime, whip the cream until semi-stiff, stir in the egg yolks and remaining whiskey. Then stir in the slightly cooled mixture (sugar, cocoa powder, coffee, and whiskey). This works best with a hand blender or with the shaker attachment on a food processor. It must be kept in the refrigerator; the egg will not keep for long.
