Noodles with cucumber sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 50 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 3 tbsp vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Coarsely grate the cucumber and sauté. Season with 3 tablespoons of vegetable stock. Add the sour cream and cream cheese and let it melt slowly. Do not let it boil! Season generously with salt, pepper, a little curry powder, and lemon juice. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
