Salad dressing with sherry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sherry
  • 1 cup sour cream (10%)
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rub a salad bowl with a halved garlic clove. Add all the remaining ingredients and whisk until creamy. This dressing is suitable for lamb’s lettuce, endive, dandelion, and iceberg lettuce.
