Noodles with curry cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 300 g minced meat, half and half
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 0.12 liters of water
  • 1 tsp broth, instant
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 carrots
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and wash the carrots, and dice them into small cubes. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, adding the carrots after 5 minutes. Peel and dice the onions, trim the leek, and slice it into small rings. Heat the oil, fry the minced meat, and season well. Sauté the onions and leek in it, sauté the curry powder, then deglaze with the cream and 1/8 liter of water. Stir in the stock and bring to a boil. Drain the pasta and add it to the minced meat along with the carrots. Mix everything well with the sauce.
