Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 750 g minced meat
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 beef tomatoes or 1 small can of peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 30 ml chili sauce
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente. Sauté the onions and ground beef and mix with the chili sauce. Place the pasta on a baking sheet and pour the mixture over it. Dice the vegetables and add them to the mixture. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
