Ingredients
- 250 ml Cream, sweet
- 500 g Wheat flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Grated lemon peel
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Slightly heat the whipped cream, mix in all the other ingredients and stir in the lukewarm whipped cream. Use the dough hook to make a smooth dough. Let rest in a warm place. Knead again, divide into 3 equal parts and form rolls into a plait and let rise again. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.
