Noodles with spicy sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 350 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 2 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 bulb(s) of onion(s)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 4 tbsp, heaped herbs, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 drop of Tabasco
  • some vegetable cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian and simple

Cook the pasta in salted water. In the meantime, dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Then, briefly fry both ingredients in vegetable cream. Now add the passata, 2 tablespoons of ajvar, and the fresh herbs. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. For those with a more energetic diet, I recommend adding a drop of Tabasco. Bring the sauce to a boil briefly and serve with the pasta. Finally, top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
