Nougat Dream

The perfect nougat dream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dough

  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Sunflower oil
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 packet Baking powder

Nougat cream

  • 1 packet Cream pudding powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Nut nougat cream

Deco

  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • Sugar flowers
  • Food coloring
  1. dough; Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy – add oil, milk, flour and baking powder while stirring. Pour the dough into the mold (26 cm) and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes
  2. filling; Beat the butter with the nougat cream until creamy, stir in the pudding, spoon by spoon
  3. Fill the cake crosswise once and then cool it down again and put it in the refrigerator to rest. Beat the cream with food coloring carefully (too much color will destroy the cream, I advise powdered color)
