Nougat liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g nougat
  • 6 eggs, including the yolk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g cream
  • 350 ml rum, 40%
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 15 minutes

Cut the nougat into fine cubes and mix with the egg yolk and sugar using a mixer until creamy. Slowly stir the cream into the mixture in a thin stream. Finally, slowly stir in the rum. Pour into a carafe. Split the vanilla pod and add it to the liqueur. Let it steep for 1-2 days. Store in the refrigerator. Always shake the bottle well before serving.
