Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g nougat (nut nougat), warmed
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ⅛ liter red wine
- 4 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 200 g powdered sugar
- some jam (orange marmalade)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until very fluffy. Slowly stir in the warmed hazelnut nougat. Sift the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Stir in the wine. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes. Spread with orange marmalade, cut in half, and stack on top of each other. Cover with orange glaze. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with 4 tablespoons of orange juice.
