Nougat Pralines
The perfect nougat pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Nougat mass
- 4 drops Taste of rum
- 4 drops Orange aroma
- 3 Spiced speculoos
- Chocolate molds
- 2 Freeze bag
- Melt the nougat mixture in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add rum and orange aroma and stir in.
- Put the spiced speculoos in a freezer bag and crumble with a meat mallet, then stir into the nougat mixture.
- Pour the mixture into another freezer bag, tie a knot, cut off a small point and pour the mixture into the praline molds.
- Open the molds on the table so that there are no air bubbles.
- Then place the molds in the refrigerator for 3 hours and let them set.
- Then free the treats from the mold and plaster :)))
- Or keep cool in a sealable jar.
