Nougat Pralines

The perfect nougat pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Nougat mass
  • 4 drops Taste of rum
  • 4 drops Orange aroma
  • 3 Spiced speculoos
  • Chocolate molds
  • 2 Freeze bag
  1. Melt the nougat mixture in a saucepan over low heat.
  1. Add rum and orange aroma and stir in.
  1. Put the spiced speculoos in a freezer bag and crumble with a meat mallet, then stir into the nougat mixture.
  1. Pour the mixture into another freezer bag, tie a knot, cut off a small point and pour the mixture into the praline molds.
  1. Open the molds on the table so that there are no air bubbles.
  1. Then place the molds in the refrigerator for 3 hours and let them set.
  1. Then free the treats from the mold and plaster :)))
  1. Or keep cool in a sealable jar.
