Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g chocolate with 85% cocoa content
- 250 g butter
- 5 tbsp baking cocoa
- 200 ml cream, liquid
- 100 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
- 200 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 8 drops of vanilla flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Low-Carb Nutella
Slowly heat the butter and chocolate in a saucepan until both have melted. Gradually add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat while stirring. Pour the hot mixture into jars and seal.
