Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup of coffee (strong bean coffee)
- 3 cups of cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g butter
- 300 g hazelnuts or almonds, ground
- 100 g powdered sugar
- Cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sheet cake
Combine the ingredients in a batter. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Fold in the sour cream and vanilla sugar and spread on the cooled cake. Sprinkle the butter with the ground nuts and powdered sugar and sprinkle over the cream. Then decorate with the chocolate glaze to create a cobweb-like pattern.
