Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 320 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 150 g butter
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 4 tbsp milk
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Whisk 120g sugar with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, and 4 eggs until frothy. Sift in the flour and baking powder. Finally, stir in the cream and spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 200°C until light golden. For the topping, melt 150g butter and mix with 200g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 200g ground hazelnuts, and 4-6 tablespoons of milk. Spread the mixture evenly over the batter and bake for another 10 minutes at 200°C.
