Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g nuts, grated
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g semolina
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ liter soy milk (soy drink)
- Cake icing of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan and simple
Mix all ingredients. The batter will be very runny, but it needs to be that way; the semolina will expand during baking. Bake in a springform pan for about 40-50 minutes at 200°C. Cover with your choice of glaze.
