  • 300 gr Flour
  • 330 gr Sugar
  • 330 gr Fat
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 400 gr Crushed nut’s
  • 4 Eßl Water
  • 1 Glass Jam
  1. 1st dough: 300 g flour, 130 g sugar, 130 g fat, 1 teaspoon. Knead the baking powder, 2 packets of vanilla sugar, 2 eggs together and place on a floured tray and distribute well. Now distribute the jam on the dough.
  2. 2nd topping: 200 grams of fat, 200 grams of sugar, 400 grams of ground nuts, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 4 tablespoons of water, put everything in a saucepan, first dissolve the butter and then sugar and vanilla sugar, water and finally the Nuts, bring everything to the boil briefly, do not forget to stir. Take everything off the stove and distribute it on the dough. Bake everything at 160 degrees convection for about 20-30 minutes. It is best to take a look after 20 minutes, when it is already a little darker, turn it off and use residual heat. Take the cake out of the stove, dissolve the glaze and spread it on the cake while it is still warm. It sounds like a lot of work, but it takes 20-30 minutes. Have fun trying it.
