Nut-chocolate banana cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, sweetened
  • 100 g chocolate, nut chocolate
  • ½ small bottle(s) of rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Chop the bananas into small pieces and mash with a fork. Finely chop the chocolate. Beat the eggs until frothy, then add the sugar. Continue beating the eggs until the sugar has dissolved. Add the margarine and continue beating. Then add the banana puree and flavoring and mix in. Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder. Divide the batter and add the chocolate and cocoa powder to one half and fold in. First pour the light batter into a greased and breadcrumbed 26 cm springform pan. Then spread the dark batter over the top. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
