Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 quinces
  • 0.7 liters of grain
  • 300 g rock sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) vanilla

Instructions

Wash the quinces, peel them if necessary, and cut them into small cubes without the core. Scrape out the vanilla pod. Weigh the rock candy into a suitable container (e.g., a large jar), then add the vanilla pod, vanilla pulp, and quince cubes. Finally, top up with schnapps. After about 4-6 weeks in a dark place, the liqueur can be strained and bottled.
