Nut-Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 75 ml oil
  • 400 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 150 g white chocolate bar
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Buttermilk muffins with white chocolate and nuts

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground hazelnuts, and finely chopped white chocolate. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then slowly stir in the buttermilk and oil. Fold in the flour mixture and fill the muffins into baking cups. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Let the muffins cool and then cover with melted white chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
