Ingredients
- 50 g Butter or sanella
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 piece Egg separated
- 60 g Ground hazelnuts
- 50 g Coconut flakes
- 50 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 6 tsp Nougat
- 2 tsp Nut liqueur
- 6 tsp Chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix the butter, sugar and egg yolks together until frothy. Fold in the remaining ingredients and the egg whites. Fill muffin molds 1/3 with the mixture. Put a teaspoon of nougat on top. Top up with the rest of the mixture and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Bake at about 150 degrees above and below heat for about 30 minutes.
