Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 190 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g nuts, chopped
- 60 g flour
- 125 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of the cookies on baking paper (leaving plenty of space between them, as they will spread out quite a bit). Bake at 190°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
