Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 240 g sugar
  • 6 eggs (separated)
  • 280 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 eggs, including the egg whites, beaten to snow
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy, add the sugar, stir in the egg yolks, and fold in the sifted flour with the baking powder. Spread onto a large greased baking sheet. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, add the sugar, and fold in the ground nuts. Spread the mixture onto the pastry case and bake in an electric oven at 170°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Then divide the dough into triangles and dip the ends in the chocolate coating.
