  • 200 g hazelnuts or almonds, ground
  • 50 g crumbs, sweet, e.g. biscuit, cookie, cake leftovers
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 g sugar
  • 25 g butter, liquid
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Juicy nut filling with sweet crumbs

Mix the ingredients together and continue processing. If you don’t have sweet breadcrumbs on hand, you can substitute half nuts and half breadcrumbs. You can also use egg whites, pudding, sour cream, or something similar as the liquid. This is very flexible. This amount is enough for one nut braid, for example, using 250 g of flour.
