Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 30 g butter
- 2 chocolate bars (Kinder Country)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 5 chocolate bars (Kinder chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
very sweet, moist cake without flour
Grind the Kinder Country bars in a blender. Mix all ingredients, except the Kinder chocolate, together, pour into a small baking dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for about 35-40 minutes. Then let cool. Melt the Kinder chocolate bars and spread them over the cake. You can also add Kinder chocolate pieces to the cake as a topping.
