Nut Muffins

The perfect nut muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Honey
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 P. Baking powder
  • 100 g Grated hazelnuts
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 100 g White couverture
  1. Beat eggs until frothy, stir in butter, honey and cocoa until creamy. Sieve the flour and baking powder on top and fold in with the nuts and raisins. Fill muffin tins, bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  1. Melt the couverture in a water bath, fill it in a freezer bag. Cut the tip off the bag, decorate the muffins. Enjoy your meal!
