Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 100 g nuts, mixed
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ pack of dry yeast
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 57 minutes

Cover the nuts with water and soak overnight. Purée the next day. Heat the 150 ml of water in a kettle and add the yeast, salt, and sugar to a bowl. Let it rest for about 2 minutes. Add the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Then stir in the puréed nut mixture and let the dough rise for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease five muffin tins and divide the batter between them. Place in the middle rack of the oven for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool.
