Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g vanilla pudding powder for cooking (1/2 sachet)
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 roll of topping dough

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Recipe for the hot air fryer

Whisk the sugar, egg, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the vanilla pudding, along with the quark and crème fraîche. Cut the puff pastry into a circle and place it in a dish. Line the dish with baking paper, pressing the edges into a wavy shape for a more elegant look. Now pour the cream into the puff pastry, place it in the basket, and place it in the air fryer. Fry at 180°C for approximately 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool and serve with fresh fruit or compote.
