Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp almonds or nuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 can of pear(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grandma’s dessert for young and old

Whip the cream until stiff. Stir in natural yogurt, nuts, and sugar. The nut sauce is ready. Canned pears or homemade pickled pears in a jar go best with this sauce.
