Nut snack

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g almond(s), peeled
  • 200 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Almonds, cashews and walnuts with spices

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the nuts, honey, oil, and spices thoroughly in a bowl. It works best when the honey is quite runny. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place them on the middle rack of the oven. Stir and stir occasionally, otherwise they will overbrown. After 10 minutes, or as soon as the honey-oil mixture starts to bubble, remove them from the oven and let them cool. Then you can easily break the nuts into pieces. They taste very interesting and delicious!
