Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

spicy party snack

Cut the baguette into approximately 1 cm thick slices, yielding approximately 25 slices. Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil in a non-stick pan. Cut the meat into small pieces and add it to the pan, then brown. Finally, add the bell peppers, which have also been very finely diced. Let cool, then add the sour cream and cream cheese and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Spread onto the baguette slices and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 200°C. The mixture is best prepared the day before, so it’s quick and easy before the party: spread the mixture, top with cheese, and pop it in the oven.
