Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 250 g hazelnuts, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg(s), including the yolk
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg(s), of which the egg white
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Knead the powdered sugar, hazelnuts, egg, and egg yolk into a dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and vigorously stir in the powdered sugar. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm, spread a thin layer of the powdered sugar mixture, and cut out approximately 10 mm x 50 mm sticks. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
