Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 large bananas, ripe
- 1 orange(s), juice
- 300 g sweet cream
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 2 tbsp rum
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 g white chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Preparation: Puree the bananas with the orange juice. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form, then combine with the banana puree and the gingerbread spice. Season with rum. Roughly chop the chocolate, add to the cream, and mix. Serve well chilled.
