Nutella and stracciatella cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300g Nutella
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 100 g block chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix the milk, Nutella, eggs, and butter together for 2 minutes. Then add the sugar and beat until fluffy. Next, add the flour and baking powder until you have a nice, creamy batter. Finally, add the chocolate sprinkles and fold them in until they are completely dissolved. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter, pour in the batter, and smooth it out. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven) and bake the cake on the middle rack for about 40-50 minutes. The baking time can vary depending on the oven. Once the cake has cooled, heat the milk in a pan and melt the chocolate in the milk, stirring constantly, until it forms a creamy mixture. Then brush the chocolate mixture onto the cake.
