  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 170 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 150g Nutella
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup(s) milk, maybe a little more
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 bar of chocolate, whole milk
  • 12 pieces of confectionery (Kinder Schokobons)
  • some chips (banana chips) for decoration
  • some Nutella for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

very moist and chocolatey

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then cream the egg yolks with the butter and sugar until fluffy. Mash the banana and stir it into the egg yolk mixture along with the vanilla sugar and Nutella. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and milk and mix well. Now fold in the beaten egg whites. If the mixture isn’t runny enough, add a little more milk and fold in. Finally, chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the batter. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin cup, then place a chocolate candy on top and fill the cups completely with batter. Bake at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 25-30 minutes. Once cooled, put a dollop of Nutella on a banana chip and place it on each muffin as decoration.
