Nutella Bundt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly rum if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, separate the eggs. Then, whip the cream until semi-stiff. While continuing to whip, stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks. Then, lightly mix in the flour with the baking powder and pour in the milk. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks and carefully fold them into the mixture. Mix 1/3 of the mixture with the Nutella (add a dash of rum for flavor if desired). First, pour the Nutella mixture into the greased dish and cover with the light-colored mixture. To create a better pattern, you can gently drag a fork through the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes.
