Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp water, hot
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 200g Nutella
  • 700 ml whipped cream
  • 4 points cream stiffener
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 can peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Continue beating with hot water and Amaretto. Mix the flour with baking powder and cocoa and stir into the egg mixture. Pour into a greased and floured baking pan, smooth the surface, and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and then cut in half horizontally. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener, cocoa, and powdered sugar until stiff. Drain the peaches and finely dice them. Spread the bottom two sponge cakes with Nutella, layer half of the peach cubes and 1/3 of the cream on each, and place the cakes on top of each other. Cover with the third cake layer and spread the remaining cream all over.
