Nutella cake with cherries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 13 pieces of rusk
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 pkt. cream cheese (Philadelphia only)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 jar sour cherries, drained
  • some powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of cake glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes

without baking

Crumble the rusks and stir in the Nutella (best with a mixer). Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of a springform pan and press down firmly, then chill. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Mix the Philadelphia with a little powdered sugar, carefully fold in the cream, and pour the mixture onto the Nutella base. Prepare the glaze, mix with the cherries, let it cool slightly, and pour it onto the Philadelphia mixture. Then chill, ideally overnight, so everything can set properly.
