yeast dumplings

Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Crumble yeast into a small bowl, mix with sugar and salt, and allow to liquefy. Then add to the flour along with the egg, butter, and lukewarm milk. Mix the ingredients into a yeast dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Shape into steamed dumplings, place in a microwave bowl, and pour the milk, sugar, and cinnamon mixture over them. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Use a microwave bowl with a lid that can be opened after use, such as a glass microwave bowl. Cook with the lid on for about 5-6 minutes at 600 watts.
