Nutella cake with Smarties

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup cream
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground)
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 70g Nutella
  • Sweets (Smarties)
  • Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chocolatey, nutty, super delicious, very popular with children!

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Gradually add the cream, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk, hazelnuts, almonds, and Nutella with a hand mixer. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan (approx. 35 cm) and smooth the surface. Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 180°C. Let cool slightly, spread with Nutella, and decorate with Smarties.
