Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¾ cup butter cookies
- 110 g butter, melted
- 400g Nutella
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 500 g cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 balls/s of confectionery (Ferrero Rocher)
- 1 handful of sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
One cup is approximately 250 ml. Crush the butter cookies in a blender. Fold in the melted butter and 1 tbsp of Nutella. Add the hazelnuts and chop again in the blender. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly on it. Chill for 1 hour. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer. Fold in the Nutella with a mixer. Spread over the chilled batter and chill for 1 hour. Lift the chilled mixture out of the baking sheet using the parchment paper. Cut into equal pieces. Use a piping bag to pipe small dollops of Nutella onto the brownies. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts, Rocher, and sprinkles.
