Nutella curd

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup of quark (250 g)
  • 3 tbsp Nutella or other chocolate spread
  • e.g. milk
  • possibly strawberries or chopped chocolate or sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the Nutella with a little milk until smooth. Then add the quark and mix, adding more milk if needed, until everything is nice and creamy. Garnish with strawberries, chocolate pieces, or colorful sprinkles.
