Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 140 g butter
  • 85 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes 12 muffins

Combine the flour and baking powder and beat the butter separately in a large bowl until fluffy. Stir the sugar and eggs into the butter. Add the vanilla extract and gradually stir in the flour and baking powder mixture. Using a piping bag, fill the prepared batter into muffin cups. Place a teaspoon of Nutella on each batter and use a toothpick to shape it into a marbled pattern. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 18 minutes.
