Nutella muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 125 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 200g Nutella
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cream the butter with the sugar and a pinch of salt on high speed until creamy. Add the eggs and continue beating for 5 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Divide the batter among muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes. This recipe makes approximately 15 muffins. This recipe can also be baked as a cake in a loaf pan; in this case, the cake will need to be baked for 50 minutes.
