Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 250 milk, lukewarm
  • 1 packet of fresh yeast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the yeast, a little milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to the well, cover with a little flour, and let it rise for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the remaining ingredients and knead into a yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into two pieces and roll each out into a round shape. Use a glass to cut out circles. Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over once, press together as shown in the video, and place the half-moons in a springform pan. Brush the pastry with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
