Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pear(s) (from the can), cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes about 12 pieces

First, preheat the oven to 160°C (fan/convection oven) and grease a muffin tin (or line it with paper baking cups). Beat the egg and sugar until fluffy, then add 100 ml of oil, Nutella, and yogurt. Beat everything again. Combine the flour, almonds, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl and slowly fold into the egg mixture until a glossy, thick batter forms. Now add a tablespoon of batter to each muffin tin and top with about 3-4 pear pieces. Then cover the pear pieces with another tablespoon of batter. Place the muffins in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
