Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g pudding powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine everything in a mixing bowl. Stir for 3-5 minutes until smooth. Pour into a baking dish. Then bake at 160 degrees Celsius in a fan-assisted oven for 60-75 minutes.
